This gentle, 7-minute guided meditation is a soft place to land—it calms your nervous system, builds inner safety, and tenderly guides you back to self-love. With breath, presence, and compassionate cues, your body unwinds, your mind quiets, and your heart remembers its own light. Come as you are; leave a little more at peace.

Created for women who feel overextended, tender, or in transition—especially in midlife and menopause—it offers a daily reset you can actually keep. One pause at a time, you’ll rebuild trust with your body, soften self-judgment, and cultivate a life that feels held from the inside out.

Heart-Tending Practice (How to Use)

1) Prepare — ~1 minute

Nest: Sit somewhere cozy. Light a candle if you wish; rest by your Heart Awakening altar.

Anchor: Hand to heart (or hold your Heart Pocket Rock). Whisper: “I am safe. I am seen. I am loved.”

Breathe: 3 slow breaths—inhale 4, exhale 6—let the shoulders soften.

2) Practice — 7 minutes

Follow the 3 A’s:

Arrive: Feel feet, hips, heart. Gently notice what your body is sharing.

Anchor: Let the breath find its rhythm (inhale nose, longer exhale mouth).

Allow: Whatever arises is welcome. If attention wanders, return to breath or the phrase “Here, now, gentle.” Curiosity over judgment.

3) Close — 1–2 minutes

Feel:What am I feeling now?

Listen: What does my heart want me to know?

Gratitude:“Thank you, body. Thank you, breath. Thank you, heart.”
